Manga menu

A cocktail menu was created for Library Bar in Abu Dhabi in the style of Japanese manga, combining storytelling with the cocktail experience. The menu features ten short stories inspired by the head bartender Ryan's journey through Japan. The initial story concepts and storyboard were created with the help of artificial intelligence, then refined and illustrated by me. Each story introduces a signature cocktail through its ingredients and atmosphere, using illustrations and storytelling to take guests on a journey through Japanese culture.

Like a traditional Japanese manga, the comic is read from right to left. We begin reading from the last page toward the first, starting with the top right panel and moving to the left.

This project earned me a place as a finalist at Zagreb Design Week 2026.
